Fascinated, as always, by shapes and multishapes we have started to work together with an extraordinary (“out of the norm”) performer: she is a symptomless carries of a different ability whilst each one of us is a symptomatic carrier of our good health. I first met Patrizia Birolo during a series of workshops held for the Turin group, La Girandola. While watching her work I was intensively struck by how much a body and a person could express the “ballerina” mood. I found myself seeing her life lacking a life and this created a personal disorientation. This aroused in me a desire and need to get together with her to write a score.

A journey through images is always an enchantment where the path leading from one person to another is made shorter. The choreographic sequence, the short stories of human relationships will be special occasions from which other tales are then written. We will perform the events without describing or connecting on anything; like polished mirrors, unseen negatives and bare surfaces. We won’t lose the sense of uncertainty which is so precious to life.                                                                                                                                               (A.
